The digs are nice, but it’s the beer that we’re here for.
CORE RANGE
-
LAGER
Precinct’s flagship beer – the humble lager. This Japanese inspired lager is brewed with a portion of Rolled Rice to lighten the colour, providing a delicate mouthfeel. The easy drinking nature of this beer gives it a high approachability and is made for consumption on any day that ends in “Y”!
-
PALE ALE
Our classic Pale Ale. Generous amounts of US Cascade, Mosaic and Simcoe, bombed into the whirlpool and a big ol’ single dry hop at the end of fermentation – this beer wafts off notes of floral citrus, pine, with a touch of bubblegum. Perfectly balanced on a bright malt base utilising Crystal and Vienna malts.
-
SESSION ALE
A beer made for sipping in the Gold Coast afternoon sun, especially up on Miami Hill! Pouring a bronzed orange, this beer is throwing big summer vibes – fresh citrus and tropical fruits from whirlpool additions and dry hops of Amarillo, Azacca and Simcoe.
-
PACIFIC ALE
Using some prominent hops from this corner of the Pacific – Galaxy, Moutere, and Rakau – in multiple dry hop and whirlpool additions, this beer has huge aromas and flavours of dank tropical fruit, especially passionfruit. Drinks equally well on both hot days, and cold nights!
-
HAZY PALE ALE
Small in booze but not in flavour! Brewed with mostly wheat and oats, this sessionable baby has the full mouth feel and flavour that screams hazy! Fermented with specialty yeast and double dry hopped with juicy new world hops. Vibrant aromas of mango, stonefruit and pineapple leap out of the can. Best enjoyed fresh!
-
SMASHED BERRY SOUR
A golden kettle sour ale base, infused with generous amounts of mixed berry puree! A vibrant deep pink to red hue and hammy aroma is a dead give away to the strawberries, blackberries, & blueberries hiding within the tin! WARNING: Lots of berries were harmed in the making of this beer.

GINGER BEER
Produced in house using our own secret recipe! This is a delicate mix of Sunshine Coast Ginger Juice, Ginger Concentrate, Raw Sugar, a dash of lime and a sprinkling of salt. There’s also a pinch of hop oil in there too as a tiny bit of hop bitterness rounds the flavour out nicely. We add vodka directly into the blend (an RTD style beverage) so that we can keep it gluten free, and free of yeast. Best enjoyed with a wedge of lime and a few ice cubes.
